This page explains how to request deletion of your QuizHub account and the data associated with it.
Option 1: Delete your account in the app
If you still have QuizHub installed, this is the fastest way to delete your account:
- Open QuizHub and sign in.
- Go to the Profile tab, then Settings.
- Tap Delete Account.
- Confirm when prompted. Your account is deleted immediately.
Option 2: Request deletion by email
If you no longer have the app installed, you can request deletion by emailing us:
Please send this request from the email address associated with your account, or include it in your message, so we can locate and delete the correct account. We will process email requests within 30 days.
What gets deleted
When your account is deleted, whether in the app or by email request, we permanently delete:
- Your profile (name, email address, account role, and notification token)
- Your coin balance and full transaction/ledger history
- All quizzes you generated with AI
- Any document you had uploaded for quiz generation that had not already been removed
- Your following/follower relationships (who you followed, and who followed you)
- Your blocked-users list
- Your verified-creator status, if you had one
What may be retained
Aggregated, non-identifying analytics and crash diagnostics collected via Firebase Analytics and Crashlytics prior to deletion are not tied back to your deleted account and may be retained for product improvement purposes.
Reports you filed against other users or quizzes, and reports other users filed against you, are retained after deletion for trust & safety review. If you received a signup bonus, a one-way hash of your email address is also retained, solely to prevent the same email from claiming a new-account signup bonus more than once — this hash cannot be reversed back into your email. Both are described further in our Privacy Policy. We do not retain any other personal data after account deletion.
